Thank you for shopping with Friendly Sky Creations LLC. Each item is custom-made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:

No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on:

  • Custom apparel
  • Personalized items
  • DTF transfers
  • Sublimation products
  • Made-to-order merchandise
  • Sale or discounted items

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

If the error is determined to be on our end, we will remake and replace the item at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying correct spelling, names, dates, and design selections
  • Selecting the correct size, color, and product otion
  • Providing accurate shipping information

Friendly Sky Creations LLC is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout.

Payment Plans

Orders placed using third-party payment providers (Affirm, Afterpay, PayPal Pay Later, etc.) are still subject to this No Return & No Refund Policy.
