  • 1.What is your turn around time?
    Turn around time varies depending on business volume. We advise that all orders are placed two weeks prior to the date needed, and within that time frame your order will be completed. Digital design turn around time is 2-3 business days or less.
  • 2. Do you offer shipping?
    Yes we do! Currently we only offer shipping in the United States.
  • 3.Can I receive a refund for my order?
    Due to the nature of our product(s) we do NOT offer refunds on customized products unless stated by the provider. Unfortunately we do not accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards. All sales are final.
  • 4. Do you travel?
    Yes. We determine the amount by using the address disclosed to us to calculate the mileage.
  • 5. Can you use the balloons/kit I purchased?
    No. We do not need you to purchase the balloons. Our inventory is from the best companies, who offer quality biodegradable latex balloons, which we are familiar with.
  • 6. How long will the balloons last?
    A balloon garland is filled with air. This will last for up to three months or more, with care. Considering it was installed indoors not outdoors.
  • 7. Do you rent table linen?
    Yes. We do just contact us TODAY.
